American BOYS & Girls Craft Club

Did you ever wonder what it was like to be a kid in George Washington's time?

What did kids do? What did they eat? What games did they play? What was life like for them?

Check out this website, then come to the "American Boys & Girls Craft Club" next Tuesday. Washington Crossing Historic Park:
http://www.ushistory.org/washingtoncrossing/kids/index.htm

We'll be talking about taking part in a reenactment of the French & Indian War period (1755) this summer. Come find out about a girl's pocket and mobcap, and a boy's "possibles" bag.

Please call to register for the first meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 4:00 - 5:30 pm. (217-893-3955) or respond to this post.
